Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases. By completing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Payment & Delivery Terms

Full payment is required prior to opening or inspecting the package. This includes the total product price and all applicable shipping and courier fees. The package may only be opened after full payment has been completed.

2. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Return Conditions

Approved returns are subject to the following requirements:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Failure to settle any required fees will result in the return process not proceeding.

4. Inspection & Defective Items

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify compliance with the return conditions.

In cases where an item is found to be defective or not as described, it will be returned to the customer. In such cases, the customer will remain responsible for the associated shipping costs.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued following successful inspection and confirmation that all return requirements have been met.

توضح سياسة الاسترداد والاسترجاع هذه الشروط والأحكام المطبقة على جميع المشتريات. وبمجرد إتمام الطلب، يُقرّ العميل بأنه قد قرأ هذه الشروط ووافق عليها.

1. شروط الدفع والتوصيل

يجب سداد قيمة الطلب بالكامل قبل فتح الطرد أو فحص محتوياته. ويشمل ذلك إجمالي سعر المنتج بالإضافة إلى جميع رسوم الشحن والتوصيل المطبقة. ولا يُسمح بفتح الطرد إلا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بالكامل.

2. شروط قبول الاسترجاع

يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب. ولن تكون طلبات الاسترجاع المقدمة بعد انتهاء هذه المدة مؤهلة للنظر فيها.

3. شروط الاسترجاع

تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع التي تتم الموافقة عليها للشروط التالية:

  • يجب إعادة المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع الحفاظ على جميع العبوات والتغليف الأصلي.

  • في حال عدم سداد أي رسوم مستحقة، لن يتم استكمال إجراءات الاسترجاع.

4. فحص المنتجات والمنتجات المعيبة

يتم فحص جميع المنتجات المرتجعة عند استلامها للتأكد من توافقها مع شروط الاسترجاع.

في حال تبين أن المنتج به عيب أو غير مطابق للوصف، فسيتم إعادته إلى العميل. وفي هذه الحالة، يظل العميل مسؤولًا عن تكاليف الشحن المرتبطة بإعادة المنتج.

5. شروط استرداد المبلغ

يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد فقط بعد إتمام عملية فحص المنتج بنجاح والتأكد من استيفاء جميع شروط الاسترجاع.
